George Gee Service team of Mark and Christopher responded quickly to the recall service needs on my Telluride. Christopher also reviewed notified me of the 45K mile service recommendations for throttle body cleaning and differential fluid change which I took. Others I had completed myself. Very quick and job done right the first time.

Bought a brand-new $71,000 Kia Telluride from George Gee Kia in Liberty Lake and it had a dent in the hood with paint damage at delivery. They told us to get estimates, which we did — $1,500 to fix it properly. Instead of standing behind the sale, they tried to send us to a Pop-A-Dent shop, then offered only $800, leaving us to cover the rest and refusing to provide a rental car while I still need one for work. Weeks later, it’s STILL not fixed. We’ve told them if they won’t fix it properly, they can come take the car back. For a brand-new, top-trim vehicle at that price, it should have been flawless, and a legitimate defect should have been made right immediately — not dragged out with excuses and lowball offers. Buyer beware. Do not buy from them.

It was a very enjoyable purchase, the salesman was very knowledgeable and very courteous. The dealership was very accommodating to my needs with my very young grandchildren . The finance was very nice to work with and not aggressive to get more items added. I would highly recommend this dealership!!

Deceptive, ill-informed, and combative. We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with George Gee Kia after taking our 2019 Kia Soul to this authorized Kia dealership due to the Knock Sensor Detection System warranty repair. The installation was relatively quick, however after leaving the dealership and driving less than 10 miles, the engine died completely and needed to be replaced. This was due to another warranty issue with the engine itself (which was also covered under warranty from Kia). Under this warranty, the dealership is responsible for providing a loaner vehicle through their Service Rental Car (SRC) Program with Kia. Instead, they chose to charge us for this loaner vehicle and told us we could seek reimbursement from Kia. This would be correct if we had rented a car from a third-party rental service, but we received the loaner through the dealership. $550 later, we contacted Kia regarding reimbursement for the charge, and were informed that the dealership should have never charged us for it, and they would contact them to resolve it. Since the dealership is responsible for seeking reimbursement from Kia for this loaner vehicle and erroneously charged us instead, it would suggest that they are either too lazy to file the reimbursement or are double-dipping and charging both us and Kia. Despite being contacted by Kia directly, the service advisor Chris N continued to refuse the refund. As it stands now, Kia has filed a complaint with the owner, and we still await an adequate resolution. Needless to say, we are continuing with Kia in disputing the charge, and additionally I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well as having our bank issue a chargeback. Avoid this service department. They aren't interested in helping, they just want to make a quick buck and leave you out to dry.

Had a great experience just went there to have a key made but walked out with a brand new car sales person gave us exactly what we were looking for at a great price. Dante was a great salesperson, I suggest if you need a key made don’t go to George Gee you will walk out with a new car, LoL!!
